Matt is the Founder of The Magan Group. Previously, Matt co-founded and was majority member of Ten Oaks Group. Prior to Ten Oaks, Matt was a Principal at Summit Park, a Charlotte-based private investment firm. Matt started his career as an investment banking analyst at Wachovia Securities. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Curtis is Managing Director & General Counsel of The Magan Group. Previously, Curtis was Managing Partner and General Counsel of Ten Oaks Group. Prior to Ten Oaks, he spent more than a decade at McGuireWoods, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, corporate governance, and commercial litigation. Curtis holds an undergraduate degree from Indiana University and a law degree from Duke University.

Neale is a Director at The Magan Group. Previously, Neale was a senior-level Operating Partner at Ten Oaks Group. Prior to Ten Oaks, he was a venture capital investor and operator at Aegis Ventures. Earlier in his career, Neale was a management consultant at Deloitte, where he worked on a variety of strategy, analytics, and divestiture projects. He holds an undergraduate degree from Purdue University and an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.

Kyle is a Director at The Magan Group. Previously, Kyle was a Vice President at Ten Oaks Group. Prior to Ten Oaks, he was an Investment Banking Associate in the TMT group at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on advising clients on M&A, capital raising, and other corporate activities. Kyle began his career with Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy & Operations Group. He holds an undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Janet is an Executive Administrator supporting The Magan Group team. Janet brings a tenured background in supporting high-level executives and high-net-worth individuals, with experience at Ten Oaks Group, Maguire Properties, Rising Realty Partners, and Century Hill Real Estate. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Manchester, England.
